The newest oil for the health conscious cook.  This light tasting oil is only 9.50% saturated fat as opposed to butter with 66%, olive oil with 14.35%, Corn oil with 25.20% and coconut oil with 90.50%.  The smoking point of Pecan Oil is a High 470 degrees, making it ideal for sautéing and  grilling as well as baking and homemade salad dressing.  We have it available in 250 or 500 ML sizes.
